NOTICE:
Due to unexpected facility repairs, our clinic will be closed on Thursday, July 23. To ensure continuity of treatment, all patients will receive take-home medication prior to the closure, as clinically appropriate. For emergencies or missed take-home pickups, staff will be available onsite from 5:00 a.m. to 6:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 23. After 6:30 a.m. on July 23, patients who miss their scheduled medication administration may receive guest dosing at our Hickory location. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding. If you have any questions, please speak with a member of your treatment team.
