Your Impact

Investing in McLeod Centers for Wellbeing and the 1969 Society will ensure we…

  • Build a foundation of care based on equity and evidence-based treatment
  • Provide financial support for patients seeking care

The 1969 Society Experience

As a 1969 Society Member, you will be provided with invitations to experiences focused on education and awareness around Substance Use Disorder. There will also be opportunities for meaningful interactions with fellow members throughout the year.

Why the Red Amaryllis?

The amaryllis is believed to mean pride, strength and determination which is also how we would describe those seeking treatment for Substance Use Disorder. McLeod Centers founder, Dr. Jonnie McLeod included red amaryllis in her garden and her family still grows them from the same bulbs today.
