Perhaps you’ve driven by a neighborhood “Little Free Library” or Canned Good Cabinet available free of charge in your city or town. Join us in making life-saving medication available to neighbors throughout the state of North Carolina this holiday season in order to make recovery possible.

Narcan dispenser boxes have become a key strategy for distributing free Naloxone, the opioid overdose reversal medication, to the public. This approach increases accessibility, reduces stigma, and is a cost-effective way to get the life-saving medication into the hands of community members.
We invite you to help us in providing 8 Neighborhood Narcan Newspaper Dispensary Boxes, like a “Little Free Revivery”, to be place outside of each of our clinic locations across the state of North Carolina. Stocked with 120 boxes of the lifesaving medication, Naloxone, our goal is very simple: save lives and provide second chances.
A 2025 meta-analysis found a high survival rate after layperson-administered naloxone, at 96% for studies conducted between 2018 and 2022. The study concluded that distribution programs are effective in preventing opioid overdose deaths.
Help us put overdose-reversal medication where it’s needed most. Your support can truly save a life.

Your gift helps someone battling substance use disorder rewrite their future.
